MyChart Activation

1. Download MyChart in the App Store

If you have received an email from your physician's office with a sign up link. Click the link to setup your account. Once complete, scroll down to Complete Virtual Visit.

2. Open MyChart App and accept terms and conditions.

3. Select an Organization

In the Organization box at the top of the screen type in “Methodist” and select Methodist Health System.

4. Create an Account

If you already have a MyChart account, sign in and follow the instructions for the Zoom virtual visit. If you do not have a MyChart account, select “Sign up Now” to create a new account.

5. Activate Your Account

You will receive an activation code from your physician or physician’s office. Enter in the code and your date of birth to active your account. If you have not received an activation code, press “Sign Up Online” and complete the form.

Complete Virtual Visit

1. Select the “Appointments” icon on the main page of MyChart

2. Choose your appointment

You can check-in to your appointment up to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

3. Once you’ve selected your appointment, press “BEGIN VISIT” at the bottom of the screen

This will take you to the Zoom meeting page.

4. Click “Open” to begin your visit

If you do not have the Zoom app installed, follow the below instructions to download and install the Zoom app.
