Dr. Edward Dominguez received his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in infectious diseases. Dr. Dominguez served on the faculty of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases, and he is a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and American College of Physicians. He served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Medical Association and Smith County Medical Society and is Trustee Emeritus of his undergraduate alma mater, Rice University. Dr. Dominguez was recognized in Best Doctors in America and specializes in general and transplant-related infectious diseases.
Special interests include infections in immunocompromised host and outpatient anti-infective therapy.
